Stickers in the exact size, material and shape
Custom sticker printing is suitable for product labels, packaging, bottles, jars, laptops, shop windows, vehicles, events and promotional giveaways. We use HP Latex and UV wide format printers, with cutting and lamination completed in our Sofia studio.
Choose paper for short indoor campaigns and dry packaging. Choose vinyl for moisture, frequent handling or outdoor use. White vinyl provides an opaque background for the colours, while clear vinyl leaves the surface visible through the unprinted areas.
With kiss cutting, only the vinyl or paper is cut and the backing stays intact. Several stickers can share one sheet and peel off easily. With through cutting, the backing is cut too, leaving individual stickers in their finished shape.

Specify width, height, quantity, shape, material and where the stickers will be applied.

Add the artwork
Send PDF, EPS or CDR with a vector cutline and text converted to curves. For raster printing, use JPEG, TIFF or PNG at 300 dpi at the finished size.

We check the file, cutline, laminate and sheet layout. You receive a final price and a proof for approval.

Sticker printing FAQ
How much does sticker printing cost?
White and clear monomeric vinyl stickers start at €22/m² including printing and kiss cutting without laminate. With monomeric laminate the price is €30/m². Paper labels measuring 70×100 mm start at €24 for 100 labels. All prices exclude VAT and the exact quote depends on size, contour and quantity.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum for vinyl stickers and sticker sheets is 1 m². That is, for example, 400 stickers measuring 50×50 mm or 16 A4 sheets. The minimum for standard 70×100 mm paper labels is 100 labels.
Is laminate necessary?
It is often unnecessary for short indoor use. We recommend it for frequent handling, wiping, moisture and longer outdoor use. Gloss enhances colours, while matt reduces reflections.
What is the difference between kiss cut and through cut?
With kiss cutting, the backing stays intact and the stickers remain on a sheet. Through cutting also cuts the backing, leaving each sticker separate in its finished shape. See vinyl cutting.
Can several designs share one sheet?
Yes, we can arrange different motifs on a shared kiss-cut sheet. Send all the files and sizes so we can check the layout and total area.
How do clear stickers look?
Unprinted areas remain clear, and the colour and texture of the surface affect the visible result. If your design requires white ink, mention it in your enquiry so we can confirm production.
What file should I prepare?
Preferably PDF, EPS or CDR with text converted to curves and a closed vector cutting outline. Leave 2 mm bleed outside the contour and keep important elements at least 3 mm inside. For small raster stickers we recommend 300 dpi at the finished size. See our file requirements.
Can I order labels for bottles and refrigeration?
Yes, choose vinyl rather than paper for moisture and condensation. Add laminate for frequent wiping or longer use. Tell us the packaging material and storage conditions in your enquiry.
Do you supply labels on rolls?
The standard options on this page are sheets or individual stickers. For labels on rolls and larger print runs, send the size, material, quantity and application method so we can confirm production and pricing.
How long do they take and how do I receive them?
The standard lead time is up to 3 working days after proof approval. Collect from our Sofia studio or we ship with Speedy or Econt. For urgent work, ask about express production.
