Canvas printing
The texture of canvas gives an image depth and rich, dense colour. That makes it a natural choice for art reproductions, fine art photography, pictures and wall panels.
Canvas printing and stretching
Canvas is a print fabric with a distinctive weave, similar to the surface of an oil painting. We print it on HP Latex and UV wide format printers and, if you wish, stretch it over wooden stretcher bars ready to hang.
The image can continue around the edge of the frame, so the picture looks complete from the side as well. It can also be split into a multi-panel set.
We accept your own photos, painting reproductions, and art and design graphics. Send us the file and the size, and we will check whether the resolution is enough for the format you want.
Three types of canvas
The maximum print width refers to the short side of the picture. The long side can be larger.

Canvas printing prices
These are base prices for printing 1 m² of canvas. Stretcher bars and stretching are charged separately per linear metre, see the profiles below. The exact price for your picture comes in the quote.

Prices in EUR, excluding VAT. The minimum order is 1 m². Express orders: +25%, minimum €11.50. Prices do not include prepress, see services. The unprinted area of the media is charged at cost.
Wooden stretcher bar profiles
Our stretcher bars are wedged, made from light and strong softwood (spruce and fir). The wedges let the canvas be re-tensioned if it slackens over time.

Prices in EUR, excluding VAT, per linear metre of stretcher bar, including stretching the canvas. Profile No. 1 is the standard and is kept in stock in lengths from 20 to 100 cm in 5 cm steps. Other profiles are made to order. Larger sizes or sizes accurate to the millimetre carry a surcharge from €8.50, depending on the profile.

Canvas printing FAQ
What resolution should my photo be?
The recommended resolution is around 150 dpi at the size of the picture. Send us the file and we will check it before printing. The requirements are in our file requirements.
Which canvas should I choose?
Polyester is the economical choice with a slight sheen. Cotton is matt, the heaviest, and allows the largest print width. The 75% polyester / 25% cotton blend is matt and sits between the two.
Can I order just the print, without stretcher bars?
Yes. The canvas can be supplied rolled if you want to frame it or stretch it yourself.
How long does it take?
The standard lead time is up to 3 working days. Stretcher bars in a non-standard profile or size may take longer, which we confirm in the quote.
How is the picture delivered?
We ship packed pictures with Speedy or Econt across Bulgaria, or you collect them from our studio in Sofia. See delivery.
