This page explains what personal data vividprint.bg collects, why we process it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
Who processes your data
The data controller is VIVID TRADE EOOD, Reg. No 202878550, registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. The company trades under the Vivid Print brand.
For any question about your personal data, email office@vividprint.bg.
What data we collect
We collect personal data when you send the quote form or write to us directly. You do not need to enter any personal data to browse the site.
Through the quote form we receive:
- your name
- your company, if you provide it
- your email address
- your phone number, if you provide it
- the service you select and the text of your message
- a link to your files, if you add one
- IP address, browser details, page, language and time of sending, for spam and abuse protection
Technical data when you visit
As with any website, the server records technical logs when you visit: IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser details. They are used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect payment data through the site. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Why we process your data and on what legal basis
We process your data only for the purposes below. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
- Fulfilling an order, delivery and invoicing: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations under accounting and tax law (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Protecting the form against spam and abuse using IP address, browser details and a limit on submissions: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep your data
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, and then deleted.
Data related to an order and invoice is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
The record used to limit submissions from one IP address is stored in hashed form and expires after one hour.
Who receives your data
We share data only as far as each purpose requires:
- our hosting provider, whose servers run the site and store enquiries
- our email provider, through which we receive and send messages
- courier companies (Speedy, Econt, and DHL, DPD or TNT for EU delivery): name, phone and address, only when we ship an order
- Cloudflare, through its Turnstile bot protection service when enabled: IP address and technical browser data
- Google, through Google Fonts: when a page loads, your browser downloads fonts from Google servers and sends them its IP address
- public authorities, where the law requires it
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare and Google are based in the United States. Data is transferred to them under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Cookies
The site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and browser details.
If the quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, the service may set strictly necessary cookies or use similar technologies to tell people from bots. They serve only the security of the form.
