Custom signs on PVC foam board and foam board
We make advertising and information signs to your size. The graphics are printed on self-adhesive vinyl and mounted on PVC foam board or foam board, with laminate for extra protection if needed.
PVC foam board and foam board signs
Signs are rigid boards with printed graphics. They are used for company signs, information boards, wayfinding and stand decoration. We make them to size, printed on one side or both.
PVC foam board is also known by trade names such as Forex or Komatex. It is light and rigid and works for indoor and outdoor signs, POS and POP displays and cut-out letters and shapes.
Foam board has a foam core between two coated paper faces. It is very light and holds its shape well, which makes it a good choice for indoor signs, hanging signs, shop windows and as a rigid backing for posters and photos.
We print the graphics on self-adhesive vinyl with HP Latex and UV wide format printers. For outdoor signs, or signs that get touched a lot, we add a laminate to protect the print.

Frequently asked questions
Should I choose PVC foam board or foam board?
For outdoor signs choose PVC foam board, ideally with laminate. Foam board is lighter and suitable for indoor use only: shop windows, stands, hanging signs and mounted posters.
Do you print the graphics yourselves?
Yes. We print in our studio in Sofia with HP Latex and UV wide format printers. The vinyl is then applied to the board and the sign is cut to size.
What file should I send?
Ideally a PDF at actual size with text converted to curves. We also accept TIFF, JPEG, PSD, EPS and CDR. See the file requirements for details. If you have no artwork yet, we can design it for you, see our services.
How long does a sign take?
Standard production is up to 3 working days after the file is approved. Express production is available on request.
How is the price of a sign calculated?
The prices in the table are base prices per square metre, with a minimum order of 1 m². You get the exact price for your size, quantity and printed sides in the quote. Design, installation and delivery are not included in the base price.
