Pickup from the studio
Collect your order from our studio in Yuzhen Park, Sofia. We let you know when it is ready. The address is on the Contact page.
EU delivery
We ship to EU countries with DHL, DPD or TNT on request. Carrier, cost and delivery time are set out in the quote.
Rolls and tubes
Vinyl, wallpaper, banners and paper travel rolled, in a tube or sturdy packaging, never folded.
Protected boards
Signs and board-mounted products are packed so that edges and surfaces are protected in transit.
Installation on request
Instead of delivery, we can install the products on site. More on the Services page.

Production
Standard production takes up to 3 working days after proof approval. Express turnaround on request.

Packing
We pack to suit the product: rolled in a tube, boards with protected edges, or in a box.

Dispatch or pickup
We hand the parcel to the courier, or let you know that your order is waiting at the studio.

Receiving
Check the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and send us a photo.
What delivery costs
Delivery is charged at the courier's rates and depends on the size and weight of the parcel, the packaging and the address. That is why we state the delivery cost in your quote.
Prices for additional services are published in EUR, excluding VAT. They do not include delivery.
If the order needs to go to several addresses, list them in your enquiry.

How long does it take to arrive?
Standard production takes up to 3 working days. After that, delivery time depends on the courier and the address. If your order is urgent, tell us when you need it.
Can I collect the order myself?
Yes, from our studio in Yuzhen Park, Sofia. We let you know when the order is ready and agree a convenient time.
Do you ship outside Bulgaria?
Yes, to EU countries on request, with DHL, DPD or TNT. State the country and address in your enquiry.
How are large prints shipped?
Vinyl, wallpaper and banners are rolled and packed in a tube so they do not crease. Boards are packed with their edges and surface protected.
