Vinyl cutting on a plotter
We cut lettering, logos, decals, decorations and stickers from self-adhesive vinyl on a contour cutting plotter. The graphic arrives ready to apply to a window, wall, vehicle or sign.

Contour vinyl cutting on a plotter
A cutting plotter follows the vector outline of your graphic and cuts the vinyl with a blade, without printing. This is how lettering, opening hours, logos for doors or vehicles, and wall and glass decorations are made.
We cut from single-colour self-adhesive vinyl (monomeric or cast, gloss or matt, clear or translucent) and from frosted glass film. When a graphic is multicoloured or photographic, we first print it on self-adhesive vinyl and then cut it along the outline.
After cutting, we remove the waste vinyl around the letters (weeding) and cover the graphic with application tape. The tape holds every element in place, so the lettering goes on in one piece and the spacing stays exactly right.

Vinyl cutting FAQ
What file do you need for cutting?
A vector file (CDR, EPS or PDF) with outlines and text converted to curves. A raster image (JPEG, PNG) cannot be cut directly. If that is all you have for your logo, we can vectorise it, see services.
How small can the letters be?
It depends on the typeface and the material. Very thin lines and tiny details are hard to weed and peel off more easily. Send us the file and we will tell you whether it is suitable for cutting.
How do I apply cut lettering?
Clean the surface, remove the backing and apply the graphic together with the application tape, pressing from the centre outwards. Then carefully peel off the tape. We can also install it for you.
Lead time and delivery?
The standard lead time is up to 3 working days. We ship with Speedy or Econt, or you collect from our studio in Sofia. See delivery.
Got a print project?
Send us the sizes, material and your files. We reply with a quote and a production time.
